Zamora is located at the north of Salamanca (just 60km. far from Salamanca, 45 minutes drive).  Zamora and Madrid are  connected by bus and by train.

By bus: The bus company between Madrid and Zamora is Avanza Bus. The journey takes between 3 hours and 3h 30' and the price is about 18.85€ one way.

By train: Depending on the train you take, it takes between 1 hour and 1 h 25´. Prices range from 37.90 to 71.10 euros (Prices 1 way /may 2023). Nevertheless, you also have the possibility of going to Valladolid (one hour far from Zamora) and there pick up the A.V.E. (the High Speed Train) to Madrid.
